Women's Ministry

On Saturday, May 5, the women of College Church are invited for a special One Day Retreat hosted collaboratively with Crossway. Author and speaker Rosaria Butterfield will share from her new book, The Gospel Comes with a House Key, on the topic of hospitality. A limited-space lunch will also be offered as well. College Church women have first priority for registration, so don’t miss your chance to attend this special event. For more information or to register, click here.

Our Women's Ministries include:

Women's Bible Study: Women's Bible Study consists of two parts: a large group teaching time and small group discussion. WBS meets Wednesday mornings or evenings and generally follows the academic calendar. In the fall semester, we are studying the Book of Nehemiah.

The morning session runs from 9:15 to 11 a.m., and the evening session runs from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m. Both sessions offer childcare. To listen to lessons from previous studies, click here.

Registration for the 2018-19 school year begins July 8. Please use the links on the right to register. We look forward to studying God's Word with you!

Homeschooler Study Hall: Homeschooler Study Hall is available for elementary students in grades 1-6. This class is only open to mothers who are actively attending WBS on a Wednesday morning, and mothers must be on College Church property during the entire class period. Our vision is one of a Study Hall, where students independently complete work while being supervised by capable adults. Students are expected to bring work to fill 90 minutes of class time. The final half hour is set aside for literature read aloud by the program director. Registration is currently closed.

Please note that mothers whose children are participating in the program will be a part of the rotation of supervision, serving alongside the program director to monitor the Study Hall.

If you have any questions, please contact Shana Stringer.

Apples of Gold: Apples of Gold is an intergenerational nurturing program for moms of all ages that includes a bible study, cooking demo and sit-down meal. This evening program runs for seven weeks only, beginning in January each year.

Mom2Mom:Mom2Mom exists for moms of young children (ages 0-6) to connect with one another, be encouraged and receive support from mentor moms.
